Adelaide's north east stretches from the inner suburbs along the River Torrens out to the foothills, taking in some of the city's most established neighbourhoods. ABility Centre sits right in the middle of it, in Gilles Plains.

Four Councils, One Plan Manager
The north east is split across several council areas, including the City of Port Adelaide Enfield, the City of Tea Tree Gully, the City of Salisbury and the Town of Walkerville. Each runs its own libraries, community centres and programs that NDIS participants can make the most of.
Council boundaries make no difference to how we work. Our service is the same whichever council you belong to, and our team can help you understand how local community activities might fit with your plan.
Life Along the River Torrens
The River Torrens Linear Park runs through several of these suburbs, including Klemzig, Dernancourt and Highbury, and offers walking and cycling paths that link the north east to the city. The O Bahn busway follows a similar route, with an interchange at Klemzig, giving participants an easy way to reach providers in the city.
With so many options in reach, plan management makes sense here. It lets you choose providers from anywhere, while our NDIS invoice processing team makes sure every one of them is paid correctly.
Moving House Within the North East?
Plenty of participants move between suburbs over the years, perhaps from Klemzig to Highbury or from Hillcrest to Valley View. When you move, your plan manager does not need to change. Simply let us know your new address, and we will update your records. Your providers, invoices and statements carry on exactly as before.

Do you support participants in Klemzig and Windsor Gardens?
Yes. Both are only a short distance from our Gilles Plains office, and we support participants in each.
Does it matter which council area I live in?
No. Our service is identical whether you live in Port Adelaide Enfield, Tea Tree Gully, Salisbury or Walkerville council areas.
Can I use providers in the city?
Yes. Plan management lets you use providers anywhere, and we process their invoices the same way.
