Managing an NDIS plan involves more than most people expect. Every support you use creates an invoice, every invoice needs to match your plan, and every dollar has to be tracked against the right budget. ABility Centre exists to take that work on for you.
Our services sit together as one complete package. When you choose us as your plan manager, you get every service on this page from day one. You don't pick and pay for them separately. Each one is explained in detail on its own page, so you can read about the parts that matter most to you.

Think of plan management as the engine and the other four services as the parts that keep it running smoothly. Invoice processing makes sure providers are paid correctly. Budget tracking makes sure the money lasts. Reporting makes sure you can see it all clearly. Switching support makes it easy to join us in the first place.
Because one local team handles all of it, nothing falls through the gaps between departments. The person who processes your invoice is part of the same small team that prepares your monthly statement, which means questions get answered quickly and accurately.

Where We Provide NDIS Plan Management
Our office is in Gilles Plains, in Adelaide's north east, and our service is delivered by phone and email. That means we can support participants right across Adelaide and South Australia without anyone needing to travel.

We are a small South Australian business, not a national chain. That shapes everything about how we work. You deal with a handful of people who know your plan, rather than whoever happens to pick up the phone. Your providers get answers from someone who has seen their invoice. And your questions are answered by people who understand how things work locally.
We also believe in being completely open about money. Every dollar we pay on your behalf appears on your statement, and every fee we claim comes from your plan management funding, not your support budgets. If you ever want to know why something was paid, or not paid, we will show you.
Getting Started Takes Three Conversations
The first conversation is with us. We talk through your plan, your providers and what you want from a plan manager. The second is with the NDIS, confirming that ABility Centre will manage your funding. The third is with your providers, letting them know to send invoices our way. After that, the paperwork is ours to handle.
What Our Services Cost You
Nothing out of your own pocket. Plan management is funded through its own budget line in your NDIS plan, separate from the money set aside for your everyday supports. Our fees are claimed from that dedicated funding, so using ABility Centre does not reduce the funds you have for therapy, support workers or equipment.

Do I have to use all five services?
They come together as one package. When you choose ABility Centre as your plan manager, invoice processing, budget tracking, reporting and support with switching are all included.
Can I still choose my own providers?
Yes. Being plan managed means you can use NDIS registered and unregistered providers, as long as the supports fit your plan and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
